Responsibilities:

Provide top notch Training and Crew leadership

Best customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings

Greet customer upon arrival, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises

Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing

Organizational skills a plus!!

Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, landscaping, operations, fleet or transportation helpful!

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Valid driver's license and good driving record required

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent skills in training movers to safely move items and secure items during the moving process.

Professional attitude and appearance

Good hand-eye coordination

Strong logic and math skills

Ability to communicate and train standard moving practices set by the company

Ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, etc.

Experience as a mover, truck driver, general laborer, construction worker or warehouse worker helpful!
